Bushy Ruff is a nature reserve which is set in the countryside. The lake is home to a variety of waterfowl and aquatic plants and the footpaths running alongside the lake and back through dappled woodland are popular with walkers. You can regularly see swans, ducks, coots, moorhens and little Grebes nesting on the islands.
